How do I follow my order?After the shipment is dispatched by us, you may monitor your order using the track & trace number you get from the delivery provider.

CANDLE CAREAllow the candle to burn for two to three hours. Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Our scented candles have a powerful smell coming from the wax. The aroma of the melted wax lasts for a very long time after it has been blown out. In order to preserve the scent's quality, you shouldn't burn it for more than three hours. A scent's quality might be impacted by excessive heat. Maintain a regular wick trim (3-5 mm is optimal). For constant wax consumption, make sure to reposition the wick in the wax after each usage. When you light a candle, let it burn all the way down until the wax has melted all the way to the top. Allow the candle to burn until the top of the wax has fully melted each time you light it. How do I place an order?Like what you've seen? Use the "Add to Cart" button to put the item in your online shopping cart. Please note that the items in your purchasing cart will only be reserved for you once your order has been placed. Is an account required to place an order?When placing a purchase, you may skip creating an account by using the "guest" checkout option. However, registering with us is highly recommended so that you may access your order history, wish list, and personal data for easier ordering on future visits. Subscribers will also be the first to know about special offers and new arrivals.

What should I do if I have not received an order confirmation?Please look in your spam folder because sometimes confirmation emails end up there. If the payment was processed effectively and the funds have been deducted from your account, you can presume the order has been processed and you will receive it the following business day. Can I modify the delivery address once the order has been placed?Please ensure that the correct delivery address is entered or selected when submitting your order. Due to our commitment to fast delivery, it is not feasible to alter your address after placing an order. With the track & trace number provided in the confirmation email, you can independently access delivery details and contact the carrier. They may be able to assist you in some way.

Is it possible to cancel my order?Your order can be canceled within 24 hours. If you have received an email indicating that your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You can send back your purchase once you've received it. The return period is 14 days after delivery. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

The item I desire is unavailable. When will it be available again?We make every effort to restock sold-out items as soon as possible. Sign up for the restock alert' that appears next to the item in question. You will receive an email notification as soon as the item becomes available again.

Is it possible to modify the payment method after selecting an incorrect option?Regrettably, it is not within our capacity to modify payment methods for an order that has already been processed. In the event of any inquiries regarding your payment, it is advisable to reach out to the payment processor for further clarification.

What should I do if my payment fails?Once your payment has been processed, you will always receive a confirmation email, so kindly check your inbox first. If you haven't received a confirmation and are unsure if the payment was successful, you should verify your bank account to see if the amount was deducted. If this is the case, you can presume the order has been processed and will arrive the following business day. If not, verify that you submitted your order information accurately. If you are unable to determine the reason for the failed payment, please contact us at support@marigoldandpea.com.

No funds have been deducted from my account; has my order been processed?If no funds have been deducted or reserved from your account, it is possible that your order was not successfully processed. How will I know when the warehouse has dispatched my package?When your delivery departs the warehouse, we send you an email with a track-and-trace link so you can monitor its progress.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?In the Netherlands, orders placed on weekdays before 23:59 will be dispatched on the same day. The delivery of your order is anticipated to take place on the subsequent business day. In the event that an order is placed on a weekend, it is kindly requested that the customer have patience, as the estimated delivery date for said order would be the ensuing Tuesday. The company refrains from shipping during the public holidays of January 1st, April 9th, April 10th, April 26th (with the exception of orders placed on the aforementioned date, which will be processed but delivered on the 28th), April 27th (with the exception of orders placed on the aforementioned date, which will be processed on the 28th), May 18th, May 28th, May 29th, December 5th, December 24th, December 25th, December 26th, and December 31st. In the event that an order is placed on any of the aforementioned dates, the order shall be dispatched on the subsequent business day. The delivery of orders destined for a country outside the Netherlands may experience a slight delay.

What are the costs of delivery?Free shipping is available for all orders over €75. For purchases below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

Can my order be sent to one of your service points?When you place your order, you can't choose a service point as the place where you want your order delivered. When you get the email with your track-and-trace number, you can call the delivery service to plan for the package to be dropped off at a service point.

What should I do if the tracking information indicates that my order has been delivered but I have yet to receive it?Please contact the delivery service with your track-and-trace number if you have not received your order. If the shipping service is unable to assist you, please contact us no later than 14 days after your order has been dispatched. This will allow us to begin an investigation with the transportation service. Unfortunately, if you contact us more than 14 days after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to assist you because we cannot initiate an investigation with the shipping service.

What is your return policy?If you desire to return items from your order, you may do so within 10 days of receiving your shipment. Please note that the product you wish to return must not have been used.

How do I return a product?Within 10 days of the order shipment date, we accept returns for any reason for products from your purchase. You are responsible for paying for the return shipment. Upon arriving at our facilities, returns will be handled within seven business days. Your money will be returned to you via the payment method you initially used a few days after you get a credit note as proof of this. Please visit our Shipping or Returns page for further details on returning things. Please be aware that free products must also be returned in case of returns. If not, the product's sales value will be deducted from your account.

Can I return several orders at the same time?You may return up to two orders in a single shipment. As soon as we receive the returned items, you'll receive an email confirming the return of both transactions. Please visit our Shipping or Returns page for information on how to return an item.

When will I receive a reimbursement for the things I returned?Once a return gets to our location, it will be handled within seven working days. After receiving confirmation of the refund in the form of a credit note, your original payment method will be refunded within a few days.

What should I do if I returned something more than a week ago and have still not heard anything?Contact our customer service department at support@marigoldandpea.com if it has been more than seven business days after you delivered your return and you still have not received your refund. Please keep a copy of the track & trace record you got handy to serve as evidence of the return delivery. Don't forget to include the order number, which can be found in the email you received when placing your order.
